Want to shop like a star without spending a fortune? It’s not as impossible as you may think. While celebrities use a wide range of beauty products, not all beauty products celebrities use are beyond the budget of the average woman. The ten beauty products on this list are all used by celebrities and they all fall under $10 if you shop smart. While the prices on these products can vary from store to store, if you look for sales and are willing to shop online, you should be able to find a price that fits your budget.

10: Bath & Body Works Antibacterial Soap
Average Retail Price: $1.50-$2.00
No really. That’s the actual price of this wonderful stuff. Not only is this anti-bacterial soap great at keeping your hands clean and protected from harmful bacteria, it smells absolutely fantastic. Many antibacterial soaps either smell of alcohol and harsh chemicals or strong perfumes to cover up the smell of the alcohol and harsh chemicals. I love their sweet cinnamon pumpkin scent and so does singer/actress, Leanne Rimes.

09: Pantene Pro-V Classic Shampoo
Average Retail Price: $4.99-$7.99
Even Real Housewives of Beverly Hills like Kyle Richards know a good deal when they see one. Kyle’s enviable long, flowing locks always look sleek and smooth. Surely the credit goes to some high end products none of us average ladies could afford, right? Wrong! Kyle entrusts her hair to my all time favorite shampoo, Pantene Pro-V Classic shampoo. The best part? If you keep your eye out in your local drug stores, department stores or supermarkets, you can often find great deals on this stuff, allowing you to stock up and save money at the same time!

08: Bioré Pore Unclogging Scrub
Average Retail Price: $5.99-$6.99
The Vampire Diaries bewitching star Kat Graham swears by this inexpensive facial cleanser. It isn’t just a cheap facial scrub though. It’s a highly effective one that helps ward off pimples and various other skin ailments caused by clogged pores. Use this stuff after a workout, before bed or when you want to remove your makeup to keep your skin looking and feeling nice and healthy.

07: Yes to Cucumbers Hypoallergenic Facial Towelettes
Average Retail Price: $5.99-$6.99
Whitney Port, of The Hills fame, uses these skin friendly, inexpensive and highly effective facial towelettes to remove her makeup at the end of the day also taking care of any built up dirt and grime in the process. What I like most about this product is the fact that they are fairly portable. You can just toss them in your purse and use them whenever you need them.

06: Revlon Super Lustrous Lipgloss
Average Retail Price: $6.99
This incredibly, light reflecting lipgloss should be in every woman’s makeup bag. The mere fact that timeless beauty Halle Berry chooses this stuff should be enough of a selling point but if you need more than that, let’s talk about how smooth and silky this gloss is. Of course the fact that it’s priced for the average woman is also a huge benefit. Pair one of these lovely shades with a subtle smoky eye for a show stopping look that that will definitely turn heads.

05: Bigelow Mentha Lip Shine No. 502
Average Retail Price: $7.50
While perhaps hitting the high end of the price bracket for lip balm, it’s still under $10 so I couldn’t leave it off this list. Besides, this lip shine is definitely worth the splurge. Just ask Stacey Keibler. This gentle balm sooths lips and offers a cool hit of mint, making it the perfect date night lip balm so you’ll be ready for that goodnight kiss.

04: Soap and Glory Off Your Face Wipes Cleansing Cloths
Average Retail Price: $8.00-$10.00
While the high end price of this product this tops out our $10.00 price range, I couldn’t help including these wonderful wipes on this list, especially since they’re endorsed by one of my absolute favorite young actresses, Shay Mitchell of Pretty Little Liars. Shay’s skin is gorgeous and these wipes help keep it that way. Beyond the celebrity endorsement though, this product is effective, inexpensive and easy to use. You can’t argue with all of that.

03: Cetaphil Facial Cleanser
Average Retail Price: $8.75
Olivia Wilde has raved about this stuff so I decided to give it a try. It’s absolutely fantastic. It is a very simple, no frills product that really, sincerely works. The bargain basement price on this product can’t be beat. Inexpensive and effective care for your skin? Well worth trying for yourself. Don’t let the bottle fool you. This is every bit as good – and better – than most of the fancier and more expensive skin care brands on the market.

02: Mission Daily Offense SPF 30 Stick
Average Retail Price: $8.99
Amanda Beard, Olympic swimmer and ultra-beauty, knows a thing or two about needing to protect one’s skin from the harmful effects of the sun and she swears by this incredible, and shockingly inexpensive product (if you watch Amazon, you can sometimes get this stuff for under $1.00 plus shipping!) The greatest thing about this sun block is that it doesn’t clog your pores, dries quickly and can easily be popped in your purse for on the go protection. This could possibly be the best sun block on the market.

01: Revlon Custom Creations Foundation
Average Retail Price: $9.99-$10.99 (for 1 oz)
This stuff is far and away the best foundation on the market, allowing you to get exactly what you need at a fairly affordable price. I’d recommend using your normal shade as your foundation and then turning the dial at the top of the applicator to a slightly darker shade to get a sort of bronzer you can then apply to the hollows of your cheeks to get nice, but natural looking, definition on your cheekbones. It isn’t hard to see why Jessica Alba loves this product so much. It offers the natural look she favors while still offering great coverage and definition.
